In your email, let me know the name of your organization, the state in which you are headquartered, the size of your staff, and whether you already know which services you are interested in. Please also give me a few days and times that you are available for our Zoom meeting. I am happy to furnish you with a proposed scope of work within five days of our initial consultation so that you have all the information you need to make a decision.
